TECHNICAL CONTEN
Our company, ARGO 2001 Ltd opened its block of flats containing 78 flats, which was the first stage, to the honourable owner in Siófok Beszédes esplanade 77 at the end of 2003. After this on the same site the company began with building its new building complex consisting of two buildings. The building of foundations of the block of flats, which are in stage II now, have already been finished. Each of the new buildings will be composed of 80 flats on approx. 850 sq m floor space in “U” shape of a 7-storey building.
The building's foundation is of a special pile foundation. On the top of these comes the monolith steel-concrete truss standing on columns and this is filled with Ytong masonry. The building will be insulated with Styrofoam system, or equipollent with this, on the appropriate places strengthened with polystyrene hard cellular flat and glass mesh, and coated with Baumit pulverescent power-applied pargetry. The flats are going to be detached from each other with 30 cm thick Ytong or Porotherm furring tiles. Implicitly the ceilings are going to be made with insulation and soundproof. The separation walls are built with 10 cm thick Ytong or Porotherm tiles. The shape of the roof is variable; one part of it is a low-pitched Lindab fixed folded covering, the other one has a low-pitched ceramic coating with gravel loading.
In the middle-part of the ground floor a restaurant will be built, on two sides next to it car parks between the columns.
The flat's floor-spaces will be between 30 sq m and 100 sq m plus the space of the terrace belonging to the flats. The flats open outside to the side corridor on every storey. The storeys are connected with each other and with the ground floor by a spacious staircase and by two elevators (one with view).
The external doors and windows of each living unit will meet today's expectations. According to the insurance companies' requirements the entrance doors have multipoint locks. The French-windows and windows, and all the other doors and windows are made of plastic, which are free of heat build-ups, dispose of K=1,1 heat transmission coefficient and are strengthened with a multichamber metal profile.
The doors and windows opening to the balcony will dispose of antivibrating aluminium blind shutters, and at the possible places mosquito nets will be mounted.
The customer will choose from the given proffer the tile flooring of the living space's sanitary unit, entrance-hall, living room and dining room, the bedrooms will be provided with laminated parquet floor. The tile lining of the bathroom to the upper level of the door case and the wrapping of the space between the kitchen cupboards will also be according to the requirement.
The main rooms have the possibility for air conditioner connection, mounted with air conditioner if demanded.
The heating and warm-water feed will be provided centrally by flat steam heaters, and the bathroom will be equipped with towel dryer. The thermoregulation will be solved with thermostats each flat, the calorimetric measurement will be solved digitally.
The foul-air flue, white washbasin, hidden toilet tank with water-closet pan and closet seat, acrylic shower basin with translucent glass shower cabin, and ceramic-faced valve batteries on the appropriate places belong to the bathroom equipment. If demanded, connection for washing machine can be made.
The kitchens will be equipped with cold and warm water connections, sinks, ventilating system's backbone pipe line, and with supply line for the electric cooker.
The rooms' wall surfaces will be painted with dispersion in requested colour three times after overcasting and gypsum plastering.
Within the closed area one car park belongs to every flat.
The access from the street into the closed area is solved by an automatic door calling system, the roads and car parks will be of viacolor pavement according to the plans. The green space will be made as per plans of a horticulture engineer and will be kept green by an irrigation system.

ceiling: gypsum plastering, three-times painting with breathing dispersion paint onto white colour, in some flats' rooms building of plaster false ceiling
sidewall: overcasting , plastering, three-times painting with breathing dispersion paint onto white colour
wall tiling: - in the rooms bathroom, toilet to the top of door cases with bright pattern gross price 3600 Ft/ sq m
