The Stage IV. including the building, it’s storage buildings, the grill terrace and parking places, as well as the gardens, gates and inner roads has been finished.
Except some minor lags, the project is going to end soon. 60% percent of the flats were sold and the owners are already moved in. During the spring, the general assembly will meet for the first time in order to establish and to give life to the new owner occupied block.
We still have few unsold flats in Stage III.
